Behind Chilli Property Group
Hi there, we are Charlotte, Luke and Chilli, the people (and dog/site manager) behind Chilli Property Group. We are a Bristol based company and have been renovating property since 2018. We then really pushed property for us from 2020 and creating the brand in 2023 have not looked back since.
We have a real passion for all things property, especially converting tired spaces in to modern high quality living spaces. Our mission is to enhance the quality of housing in Bristol while delivering consistent, strong returns for our investors.
