This 3-bedroom semi-detached property was purchased as a probate sale, having been owned by the same family since it was first built. In need of significant renovation, the property was in poor condition and required a complete overhaul, including stripping it back to the brickwork and reconfiguring the layout.
We undertook a full structural transformation, including the removal of a load-bearing wall, the installation of an RSJ and post to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a complete rewire and full heating system installation. The bathroom was also expanded to offer a more spacious and comfortable feel, and the property was re-skimmed throughout to give it a fresh, modern finish.
This property became a lovely home for a young couple with a toddler and new born where we are sure that they will make many memories.
